Tinkara is a digital leader with over 18 years hands-on strategic and tactical experience in multi-channel (digital) marketing mainly in Pharma & Travel sectors. She has held a variety of roles in the Digital arena on a client and agency side and is now responsible for Digital Marketing at Bristol Myers Squibb (UK, Ireland, Italy, Brazil). Some of her key achievements in Pharma include the launch of the new digital commercial models in EU, 1st portal for the UK HCPs - PfizerPro.co.uk, SEO and Consent Management strategy & implementation, digital transformation in BMS Brazil.
Before moving to the UK in 2012 Tinkara was Global Head of e-Business and Digital Marketing at the Slovenian National Tourist Board where she led global digital marketing and digital transformation programmes for the national travel industry. Several innovative digital initiatives were awarded as best practice under her leadership including the United Nations WTO Innovative Practices award. She also worked for Schering AG (Switzerland), Ernst & Young/Capgemini and Atlantis Healthcare. Tinkara holds a Master degree in Tourism Management & Marketing and is fluent in four languages.
